A ministry like Youth With A Mission Dunham cannot possibly run on its own! Many people work in the background to keep the ministry running and growing according to God’s plan.

These are the backbone ministries:

    Administration
    Kitchen
    Hospitality
    Maintenance
    Medias (websites, design, adverstisement, etc.)
    Electronic systems (phones, faxes, internet, etc.)

We consider each of these areas essential to the work we do. We consider them equal to other ministries, as having the same value as the more visible ministries such as being a program or ministry director. This is part of a worldview we really hold to, in which there is no rank of importance in the service given to God.

Function
Staff working in the Backbone ministries are truly the “glue that keeps everything together”. They serve God through serving others!
