INTEGRATE

Since the participants spend the majority of their time in ministry and community living, the MDS is there to act as a support structure for them in their every-day context, giving them tools and follow-up to help them thrive in their role as a staff as well as allowing them to maintain a steady rhythm of growth.

INSPIRE

MDS participants will be inspired by the men and women who come teach each week; people who are living out their faith in concrete and powerful ways. The diversity of perspectives allows participants to keep a larger view of God’s plans for them and their community and can inspire them to new levels of faith.

SHARPEN

Living and working in community is the perfect setting to sharpen and be sharpened by others as you apply biblical principles learned in MDS to your character, relationships, work ethic and skills. One of the strengths of this program is the diversity of people and ministries represented seeking to walk in the ways of Christ together.

CONTACT

SARAH
SARAHMDS Leader
Hi! My name is Sarah and I lead the Ministry Development School. I came to Dunham in 2009 to do my DTS and fell in love with this little town and the YWAM community. So I came back shortly after to get involved long-term with DTS’ and staff training.  I have a passion to see our staff thrive in their roles and relationships at YWAM Dunham so that they can make the most of all God has for them during their time here.
